During Advent we are taking up special Christmas offerings for needy children at Gilbert Elementary and families in need at Highlands.
The next Session Meeting is Tues., Dec. 16.
Highlands will be having a Christmas Eve service which is especially oriented to children at 8:00 p.m. Christmas Eve. Children are welcome to come in their pajamas.
Our weekly budget is $3,289. Last month’s average was $3,455. We are at 94% of budgeted giving for the year ($9,534 behind).
The longer you live, the more powerful will you find the gospel to be; the more deeply Christ-taught you are, the more you live under the constant influence of the Holy Spirit, the more you will know the gospel to be a thing of power, and the more also will you understand it to be a thing of wisdom.
