Today is a National Day of Prayer for the Persecuted Church. We are having a special prayer meeting at Highlands on Wednesday, November 11th, 6:30 pm. (Please note: this is the final corrected time!) Please come plead on behalf of our brothers and sisters who are suffering tremendously for Christ.
Next Sunday we will continue to focus on the persecuted church. We will also welcome J.M. Njoroge as our guest speaker. Mr. Njoroge is an apologist with Ravi Zacharias International.
Attention all women: the Highlands Women’s Ministry will vote on officers for 2010 this Saturday, Nov. 14th, 2:00 pm. Come be a part of this opportunity for serving each other!

The youth group is now collecting donations (monetary and goods) for Operation Christmas Child. Details on what to donate are available on the Highlands website.
Next Sunday we will be taking Thanksgiving contributions for the Mission to North America minority pastor training program. Please consider how you may help answer this need.
