Pastor Travis is back from vacation and will be in the office for regular hours this week.
The Nursery has positions opening for 2-3 paid workers. The positions are for one Sunday morning per month with a one-year commitment. Please call Lisa Roerdink to apply.
Ladies, mark your calendars – there will be a breakfast for the women of Highlands on Saturday, January 23rd at 9:30 a.m. We’ll be meeting and eating in the Fellowship Hall.
Construction on the downstairs is still going strong! Please take care over the next few weeks as we finish carpeting, painting, and moving, and avoid going downstairs if you can. We will not be having Sunday School this week, because the classrooms are not yet finished.
Our next New Members class for adults and older high schoolers will meet February 2nd at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Our two-part New Members class for children and youth will be held February 3rd and 10th at 6:30 pm each night. Please call the church office to let us know if you plan to attend.
Ongoing giving opportunities – if you wish to give a gift to the church above your tithes, you have several choices to consider; the General Fund, the Benevolence Fund, the Capital Improvement Fund, and the Missions Fund. For questions or details, please call the church office.
