This Sunday (the 31st), we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper together at 5:45 p.m. Bring a main dish and a side to share.
In preparation for the Lord’s Supper, you are invited to join with your brothers and sisters in fasting this Friday, January 29.
The Jones family will open their home for lunch and visiting next Sunday after church. You are invited to go and spend all or part of your afternoon there before the Lord’s Supper.
Next Sunday is also Sanctity of Life Sunday. Lucy Wykoff, from the SAGE Center, will be bringing an update on their ministry.
This Saturday, Jan. 30, the Youth Group is hosting a church-wide Burn Day. Bring your dry Christmas trees, broken furniture, or other (non-toxic) combustibles to go in our bonfire. Breakfast will be available at 8:00 a.m. and the bonfire will be going by 9:00. Please call Dan Hudson if you have questions.
The Nursery has positions opening for 2-3 paid workers. The positions are for one Sunday morning per month with a one-year commitment. Please call Lisa Roerdink to apply.
The women's retreat is coming up on February 19th-20th. A couple of ladies are needed to help plan and facilitate our time together at Alisa Bigham's home. Please call Lyn.
Adult Sunday School – starting February 7th, Allan Blakney will be teaching “God’s Goal From The Beginning” at 9:00 a.m. in the fellowship hall.
Our next New Members class for adults and older high schoolers will meet February 2nd at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Our two-part New Members class for children and youth will be held February 3rd and 10th at 6:30 pm each night. Please call the church office to let us know if you plan to attend.
